Born and raised in Como, Mattia Pizzetti is the driving force behind La Pasta. With a sporting background that includes experience in youth rowing, he has been able to transform his discipline and sense of teamwork into key ingredients for the success of his gastronomic project.
Today, in addition to passionately running his restaurants, Mattia continues to cultivate an active lifestyle, dedicating himself to cross-country running. He regularly participates in international competitions throughout Europe and around the world, combining his desire for discovery with the athletic determination that has always set him apart.

At the heart of our commitment to quality is La Pasta
Lab, the artisan workshop located at Via Giuseppe
Garibaldi, 5 in Como. Here, every day, our chefs
prepare fresh pasta using selected ingredients and
traditional techniques. Although the workshop is no longer
open to the public for direct sales, it continues to be the
hub of our production, ensuring that every dish
served in our restaurants is made with fresh pasta of the
highest quality.
